The river small dredger is a small type hydraulic controlled, assembled cutter suction dredger. It is used for river channel dredging, canal and water storage dredging. The dredger body uses dismantle and box-like structure. Its dismantle type can be assembled at working place easily and be transported by road, railway and container accordingly, convenient in installation and working place moving from one to another.
The power system can be designed to electric system or diesel engine driving system according to customers' requirements. Equipment on the river small dredgers includes traversing device, cutter ladder lifting device, spuds and deck crane.
The working process is as following: the cutter head cuts the sand and mud underwater to mixture of slurry, then through dredging pump to the pipeline on river small dredger.

Yes, each river small dredger must be thoroughly tested before ex-factory to guarantee performance at customers' working sites and save time and cost. Before testing, we send invitation letters to clients to invite them to inspect the performance themselves. After receiving client approval, the dredger is transported to the port for loading.
There are two transportation methods: for dredgers smaller than JMD350, they can be transported by containers; for larger models, they are transported by bulk. The detachable structure allows easy road transportation by trucks.
After the dredger arrives at the client's site, we send two experienced engineers for assembly and worker training. With ancillary equipment like excavators and cranes, assembly can be completed within 10 days, with training completed in one week.
