Design & Construction
Our river dredging equipment meets the stringent requirements and regulations of CCS, BV and ABS (IACS members). The design incorporates technology from Holland IHC and can be customized to meet specific customer requirements.
Steel Construction: Marine-grade materials meeting CCS standards, with all plates undergoing sand blasting process for enhanced durability.
Hydraulic System: Features hydraulic oil pipes made by pipe bending machine to minimize welding points, ensuring system stability. All pipes undergo acid pickling and phosphating treatment for cleanliness and reliability.
Dredging Pump: Equipped with high wear-resistant alloy Cr27 flow passage components for extended service life, packing seal for easy maintenance, and NSK (Japan) anti-friction bearings.
